Ellen is our HR advisor, providing HR guidance, consultancy and support. She supports Axon for its HR processes as an external consultant on a part time basis.

HR is always in motion, continuously adapting to developments in the market, laws and regulations or other current HR themes. Ellen finds this playing field interesting and challenging. She gets a lot of energy from advising, thinking along and transferring her HR experience. In this she thinks it is important to have an eye for all colleagues.

Responding to changing circumstances is something Ellen also enjoys doing in her spare time, sailing at the IJselmeer. She also enjoys traveling, hiking and meeting friends.
