Carine van den Brink

Keep it simple and focus on what matters

With a background in medicine and over 30 years of experience in the life sciences, Carine stands at the crossroads of corporate law and intellectual property law. She combines in-depth market knowledge with a deep understanding of the legal complexities her clients face, ensuring that every legal strategy makes perfect sense for their specific needs. As a highly practical and knowledgeable expert, she provides insightful lectures and guidance. She assists her clients in private equity financing, take-overs and cross border licensing deals.

Carine is Chair of the Venture Challenge and frequently functions as jury member for other life sciences venture awards. She started the annual “Axon Health Innovation Award” . Carine lectures at Leiden University, Biobusiness Masterclas, BioBusiness Summerschool, Dutch Cardiovascular Alliance and Faculty of Impact.
