This year is the 4th edition of a 2-days seminar on two particular topics of EU Food Law, notably health claims and food information. Karin created this event, together with Lexxion, in 2013 when the Food Information Regulation was about to enter into force. Currently, companies still face many practical issues regarding food information, just as they do regarding health claims. It was therefore decided to continue this event, which involves speakers both from the industry (Unilever, Coca Cola) and private practise (Covington & Burling and Krohn Legal)
