Chambers Europe 2017 about Carine:
She focuses on commercial and contentious issues and is particularly active in transactions, where sources note she has a “constructive attitude, working towards a successful deal, but also knows when to persist in the position of her clients.” Numerous interviewees reference her medical background which is “an obvious advantage for her clients and the dynamics of any life science deal” according to sources. One client adds: “We don’t need to explain the jargon to her. She is very smart, finds very good solutions and knows what is important for the future.”
